1.\u00a0Tuotteiden palauttaminen
<\/em>1.1. Asiakkaalla on oikeus peruuttaa tuotteen osto ja palauttaa tuote 14 kalenterip\u00e4iv\u00e4n kuluessa sen vastaanottamisesta syyt\u00e4 ilmoittamatta.
1.2. Myyj\u00e4n on vaihdettava tai otettava takaisin tuotteet, jotka ostaja haluaa palauttaa vahingoittumattomassa pakkauksessa ostotositteen kanssa, 7 p\u00e4iv\u00e4n kuluessa toimitusp\u00e4iv\u00e4st\u00e4:
1.1.1. JSC \"Baltic Nano Technologies\" -yhti\u00f6n toimistossa osoitteessa Pramon\u0117s pr. 4K, Kaunas, Liettua
1.1.2. Venipak-kuriirin kautta. Toimituskuluja ei palauteta. Ostaja palauttaa tuotteet, joihin h\u00e4n ei ole tyytyv\u00e4inen, itse tai maksaa palautuskulut.
1.3. Jos ostaja p\u00e4\u00e4tt\u00e4\u00e4 p\u00e4\u00e4tt\u00e4\u00e4 sopimuksen ja ilmoittaa siit\u00e4 myyj\u00e4lle, ostaja menett\u00e4\u00e4 oikeuden k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 tuotetta ilmoituksen l\u00e4hett\u00e4misp\u00e4iv\u00e4st\u00e4 alkaen. Ilmoituksen l\u00e4hetysp\u00e4iv\u00e4 ja -aika m\u00e4\u00e4ritet\u00e4\u00e4n ostajan ilmoituksen l\u00e4hetysajan perusteella. Jos todetaan, ett\u00e4 tuotteita on k\u00e4ytetty ilmoituksen l\u00e4hett\u00e4misen j\u00e4lkeen, myyj\u00e4ll\u00e4 on oikeus kielt\u00e4yty\u00e4 sopimuksen p\u00e4\u00e4tt\u00e4misest\u00e4.
1.4. Ostaja voi k\u00e4ytt\u00e4\u00e4 palautusoikeutta, jos tuotteita ei ole k\u00e4ytetty, niiden alkuper\u00e4inen pakkaus on vahingoittumaton ja ne ovat s\u00e4ilytt\u00e4neet myyntikelpoisen ulkon\u00e4k\u00f6ns\u00e4. Palautettavien tuotteiden on sis\u00e4llett\u00e4v\u00e4 kaikki osat. Ostaja vastaa tuotteen t\u00e4ydellisyydest\u00e4 ja pakkaamisesta. Jos tuotteista puuttuu osia tai niit\u00e4 ei ole pakattu asianmukaisesti, myyj\u00e4 tai h\u00e4nen edustajansa voi kielt\u00e4yty\u00e4 vastaanottamasta palautusta. Tuotteen tarkastamisen edellytt\u00e4mi\u00e4 muutoksia tuotteen tai pakkauksen ulkon\u00e4\u00f6ss\u00e4 ei voida pit\u00e4\u00e4 olennaisina ulkon\u00e4\u00f6n muutoksina.
1.5. Jos ostettu tuote ei t\u00e4yt\u00e4 laatuvaatimuksia, myyj\u00e4n on vaihdettava viallinen tuote asianmukaiseen tuotteeseen, alennettava sen hintaa vastaavasti tai palautettava tuotteesta ja sen toimituksesta maksettu summa 7 arkip\u00e4iv\u00e4n kuluessa pyynn\u00f6n esitt\u00e4misest\u00e4. Palautettavien tuotteiden on oltava vahingoittumattomassa alkuper\u00e4ispakkauksessa. Ostajan on toimitettava my\u00f6s alkuper\u00e4inen lasku sek\u00e4 t\u00e4ytetty ja allekirjoitettu palautuslomake, jossa ilmoitetaan palautuksen syy.<\/p>

2.\u00a0Hyvitysehdot:
<\/em>Kun palautuksesi on k\u00e4sitelty perusteellisen laatutarkastuksen j\u00e4lkeen ja hyvitys on hyv\u00e4ksytty, saat hyvityksen alkuper\u00e4iselle maksutavalle 10 arkip\u00e4iv\u00e4n kuluessa. Hyvityksen n\u00e4kymiseen tilill\u00e4 voi kulua hyv\u00e4ksynn\u00e4st\u00e4 enint\u00e4\u00e4n 14 arkip\u00e4iv\u00e4\u00e4.
